Welcome to Haagh Protection’s return policy and warranty information. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read the information below on how to return a product and what our warranty terms are. Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free experience, both at the time of purchase and after the sale. If you have any questions, we are always here to help.

Return policy for website orders:

Does the product not meet your expectations? Items purchased through www.haagh-protection.com may be returned to the appropriate warehouse for a full refund of the cost of the item if it is returned unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition (entirely at the discretion of Haagh Protection BV).The price of the item will be refunded to your account when the return is received, but shipping costs will not be refunded. If you return your product within the cooling off period (14 days after purchase), all the cost of the product and the shipping costs paid will be refunded, but the shipping costs for returning the product to us will not be refunded.

Return

Once we receive your return request by email or phone, we will generally contact you within 2 business days to provide instructions plus address information for the products to be returned.

Warranty

We are committed to providing a quality product to all of our customers. All our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase.

If we decide that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge. The decision to repair or replace lies entirely with Haagh Protection. Damage due to misuse or excessive wear and tear will not be reimbursed under the warranty provision.

Because some parts or products have been discontinued or are no longer available, replacement parts and products may have slight variations from the defective part. Proof of purchase (purchase order or invoice) must accompany all warranty claims to allow verification of the purchase date. If a purchase receipt or invoice is not included, Haagh Protection reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for replaced/repaired parts. Return shipping charges may apply.

Haagh Protection assumes no responsibility for any consequential or personal injury or property damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of any product.

The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
